Dr Horsman is excellent at his job. He knows how to give the eye injection very well.. I trust him and wouldn't want anyone else to give injection. Just him.

I’ve been seeing Dr Horsman for a year for treatment of wet AMD. That means eye injections every 4 weeks (now every 8 weeks!). If you need a hand-holding, uber-chatty retina specialist, then perhaps Dr Horsman isn’t it. Which isn’t to say he doesn’t answer questions, he does! But if you want a highly skilled, experienced retina specialist then go to Dr Horsman. Personally, when I go to any doctor I’m not looking for a “shrink.” I want a pro and Dr Horsman is a pro. After my second injection the visual distortion was essentially gone. He got me off every 4 week injections to every 8 weeks quickly, which helps greatly with quality of life. My scans continue to show no leakage and the visual distortion remains at least 95% improved. (I previously had cataract surgery on both eyes at the same clinic with excellent results). I had an eye injection 24 hours ago and today I can’t even feel it happened. If you have wet AMD and are avoiding treatment because of the injections, please get the treatment (I went through that struggle when first diagnosed, so I feel you).

My experience with Dr Horsman was fine, it was the injection that was very uncomfortable and it came with pain. When I was ready to leave I was blinded out of my injected eye, I informed the receptionist and they told me to wait to see if it cleared. I waited for about a half hour before it cleared. It was a scary experience but everything seems okay now.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience as Dr. Horseman's patient. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and skillful in the execution. My eye condition has improved significantly in the last year, since I first saw him. I also would like to say that he has a terrific staff. who are all both highly personable and professional.

Extremely pleasant experience. Physician on time, asked necessary questions, studied the new information, and assured me that things are ok, to return in 6 months. Took about 5 minutes of my time, and I left feeling wonderful!
