Brian listened and reinforced I was doing exactly what I needed to do. I felt heard. He also reminded me that it is ok to take time needed for healing. I appreciated the reminder of that. Brian acknowledged that the suture removal was painful and moved through that process quickly and as gently as he could. Brian is a keeper- I believe he sees each of his patients as they are and finds a way to connect with them with compassion.

I was impressed.,The PA was easy to converse with. He answered all my questions. Was able to tell me why Zi have the pain. Showing me the X-ray and being very descriptive

Mr. Lee was awesome. He very patiently and efficiently explained what is happening with my shoulder. He had the X-ray up and went through every section of the shoulder to explain the cause of my pain. He offered suggestions on how to proceed and made sure I understood the next steps.
