I injured my leg in June. It wasn't getting better. Dr. Burnett and his team got me an appointment right away when I needed to be seen. Dr. Burnett followed up with me the next day and based on my examination he ordered another test to rule out a blood clot. I truly appreciated that he took the time to follow up with me. He didn't just rush through the examination and send me on my way. I was in a lot of pain and he took my concerns seriously. He has been my family doctor for over 20 years!

The male nurse I had to deal with on the phone was insulting and clueless . The female nurse on the phone was wonderful and so was the nurse ( I believe the same one) at the office visit was wonderful.

Both my wife Lori and myself owe Dr. BURNETT a great deal for the caring manner with which he hsd guided our health and quality of life. He has given so much to Waterloo/ Cedar Falls/ Iowa City and to volunteering to help in healh emergeniescies in the Caribbean Islands diasters.
