Dr Hartzell is very nice, but so VERY busy. It’s a bit like an assembly line. Besides the wait time if you are not their first thing in the morning can be 30 or more minutes. I certainly like the convenience of location and the techs who do a lot of the work are very friendly and easy to work with and they show patience with older patients which is appreciated.

I'm an established patient with Dr. Hartzell and I think he understands my vision better than I do. I mean he can treat my vision while my vision is subjective to me.
I recommend Dr. Hartzell. There is a learning curve with every specialty. Be it trade or professional. One has to be a patient patient.
All doctors are patients, but not all patients are doctors.

He is very personable. I have had multiple eye infections in my left eye after my cataract surgery last September. He has been very diligent and we finally have it figured out and under control.
