Dr. Carlyle made me feel comfortable, while explaining a very private problem! He offered me a temporary solution and also a more permanent option. The girls at check in were helpful and positive….. actually knew what they were doing…. rare these days…. The nurse checking me in was pleasant….. and Doctor Carlisle was very knowledgeable…pleasant and to the point…. Overall experience was great.

The doctor that performed the procedure did not wait for the anesthesia to do it's job to numb-up the area so I had alot of discomfort and pain during the procedure
