I saw her a couple months ago to have stitches taken out of my thumb. I had a major meltdown. I don't do well with needles or anything like this. I felt so stupid but I couldn't help it. Dr Brenda and Coleen were so awesome and carring.

This survey should not reflect poorly on Dr. Brenda Grass or her nurse Colleen. They are exceptional. The nurse Jessica was the problem. As a patient, I should receive competent communication whether or not our regular doctor and nurse are in the clinic that day.
