I usually just come for my yearly wellness visit but something else came up so I was a bit apprehensive. Both made me feel comfortable and answered questions I had.

This is from, even from the ER, all of you have been very, very kind and wonderful. And the ER, they were very respectful and kind and patient, especially with my, me being in pain. Sometimes I cannot answer very well because I'm so focused on that pain, but they were very kind and they worked well. They were very kind, they were smiling, laughing, and allowing me to cry, of course, but I'm not a crier, but that made me, they made me feel very comfortable there and that I can expect more from them and just anything. And then going to the Fairview, this Oxborough one, I was just in awe because I got so much information from Dr. Breckenridge and she was absolutely wonderful, kind, and just did her job.

I continue to choose Oboxo M Health Fairview for my care, even though it’s a longer drive, because every visit to the clinic or urgent care has been such a positive experience. The entire team of employees is always wonderful, welcoming, and truly dedicated to patient care.

The provider I saw, Stephanie Breckenridge, was amazing and truly listened to my concerns and also gave me great information on anything that I had questions on, even following up later that day. I was very, very impressed with her time that she took and her willingness to listen and to solve my issues.

I appreciate all the info she gives me especially those things I may need to check with my provider for coverage. she is very good at explaining what's going on and listens to me when I don't want to take a medicine. She explains the science behind why I might want to reconsider.

The receptionists seem unhappy and so seemed the nurse that checked me in. They behaved as though I was a box to check - I did not feel seen or human interacting with them.

The lab tech was very nice and did a great job drawing blood. Not my most favorite procedure. Nurse was nice and efficient. Thanks again for taking the time to see me.

Professional. Thorough. Probing questions and attentive listener. Effective communicator. Knowledgeable. Provided me with clear instructions regarding what I can do now, and what I will need to do with her in the future should the matter dealt during my appointment needs to go to the next level of treatment. Should I need of any non - Emergency Room treatment in the future, I would like to return to her as my primary caregiver, provided that she remains with the M Health Fairview, and I have adequate medical coverage (which is not something I am assured of in the future).

Yes, this is the first time that I saw the physician's assistant or nurse practitioner. I'm not feeling well tonight, but she was exceptional. She was really outstanding and she spent a lot of time with me. She answered every question she possibly could. She provided suggestions, encouragement. Her last name was I think it was Breckenridge. I'm sorry that I just can't remember these things right now. She was just excellent.

Stephanie was very kind and gentle in assessing my condition. She gave me all the information I needed. When I messaged the next day regarding more symptoms, they responded very quickly and was able to see her again the following day.

In person visits are hard to schedule with a reasonable proximity in time. I'm glad to have gotten only a one day delay when I showed up in person, after being given an earliest date some time in January by a scheduler contacted by phone to reschedule an appointment that had been made late in November

Best Dr I have ever had, Usually the Dr only spends less then 5 minutes with you. She seemed very concerned about my unique situation was trying to figure out what was going on with me. The appointment lasted a long time. It was nice That it seemed like she cared. I felt like she also knew what she was talking about and was very knowledgeable.
