Both [staff] and Michele are so personable. Michele remembers everything. We had a conversation over a year ago about my parents and she asked how I was doing with the situation now. To me that is someone who truly cares about her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my PA.

Michele has excellent listening skills, I explained where I felt my leg pain was happening,she reviewed my chart from my visits at the convenient care & ER identified the problem, prescribed medication and within 24 hours I am feeling 100% better.
