Brandy Charles is the best Otologist(?) anyone could be. She has been with me for 3 or 4 years, and much longer than that with my sister, who referred me to Brandy in the first place.

It was my first visit with Dr. Charles. Unlike some other providers, Dr. Charles listened to what I had to say. She showed respect for me and what I said and was not dismissive. She was professional and courteous.

Brandy Charles Is fantastic. This visit was to receive a hearing aid which I'd ordered at the last visit. She walked me thru the process/practicalities of using and maintaining it. Showed me how to get to the online user manuals. Explained how to charge it and clean it. Everything I needed to know.

I'm pretty limited when my hearing aids malfunction, so I was grateful for the quick fix. Dr Charles is very easy to hear--crucial for the hearing impaired. She speaks clearly and explains carefully.
