In and out in a timely matter! It was great! People shouldnt have to show up 15 min early, have a scheduled appt and then have to wait 30-60 minutes. I barely sat down before being called back. It was great

Provider and MA were great but the guy at reception could use some customer service training and learn to, at the very least, smile. Might need to take a nap on his lunch hour. In fact, all three people at the front desk need to learn how to smile and greet people. It was very disappointing. I spent years in customer service behind a desk in law enforcement and as disgusted as I was with sex offenders, I still smiled and treated them just as I would anyone else because that’s what you do in customer service.
