Provider and MA were great but the guy at reception could use some customer service training and learn to, at the very least, smile. Might need to take a nap on his lunch hour. In fact, all three people at the front desk need to learn how to smile and greet people. It was very disappointing. I spent years in customer service behind a desk in law enforcement and as disgusted as I was with sex offenders, I still smiled and treated them just as I would anyone else because that’s what you do in customer service.

Dr brands is very attentive and responsive to my concerns. She has a very calming way about her. Have referred two others to her so far and highly recommend her.
