Every time I have a appointment to come in the front clerks are always nice explain everything to me as far filling out the questionnaire. Once called by the patient technician that checks my weight and blood pressure along with pain experience with other questions.
Once my nurse practitioner comes in to discuss my last visits to other doctors in UAB and once that's done
Dr. BRANDON BROOKS MD. always make sure everything is going fine with my medication. SO THE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING.

My visit went well and all of the staff was great and kind, and doctor and nurse practitioner took time to ask questions and listened to me and didn't just rush through the visit.

I really didn’t want to deal with UAB west, because I had a bad experience at the old hospital and I swore I’d never go back(sorry). But when I was referred to Dr.
Brooks for pain managed, I gave in and decided to try again. I’m so glad I did.
It was truly an amazing experience .

The appointment was for 10 a.m. At precisely 10 a.m. I was called back. I was treated with complete respect and dignity. The physicians were more than understanding, calm and helpful. I felt completely at ease, I felt that my concerns, fears etc were addressed, and then a plan was developed to everyone's approval. I have complete confidence in the care I received and will receive in the future.
