The MA was very courteous. Told me Dr was behind schedule and gave me option to reschedule. I stayed but appreciate her giving me the option.

For months i’ve been trying to get answers on my chronic knee pain, and with just one appointment he gave me more answers than i’ve ever had and i’m thankful. He was very helpful and kind and I was very nervous going in, but throughout the entire appointment I was very comfortable and felt more relaxed.

I was already feeling hesitant coming in weeks after a sprain. Both Dr Hockenberry and his assistant reassured me it was a good thing to come in and get it checked out. I was given an [ ] which has been amazing for stability and some of the [ ]. I still have [ ] but will wear the [ ] as recommended. Fingers crossed, thanks again!

He listens. Treats me as an important patient. I can talk openingly with him , ask questions, express my concerns, Dr. Hockenberry answers me with patience and In terms I can understand.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and helped me understand where my pain was stemming from and gave me solutions on what I could do to fix the problem. He was also a warm kind doctor that was easy to talk to, which helped me not to feel nervous. When I called the office later with questions that I had forgotten to ask, they got back to me the day after which I really appreciate as well.

Dr. Hokenberry was very knowledgeable about my condition and explained my options very thoroughly. He also took time to confirm the extent of my injury and made sure I was aware of the treatment options. I wish all my doctors were as caring as he is.

The Doctor was one of the best I've ever had examine me. He was thorough. Discussing symptoms and what was needed to determine cause and treatment to bring my condition to a normal solution. I felt very confident in his ability to move forward in a positve direction with my present condition. I would have to give this doctor a 5 +stars in all area's. Great exam! Thank you!

Being a golf professional and having major wear and tear on my body I have visited many doctors, etc. The team you have working at this facility is far and above the very best I have ever experienced. They are consummate professionals. Should be the model of which you train the rest of your facilities. I left very impressed.

I needed pain meds and didn't get any. I had to get them from a friend. pain not relieved with suggested Tylenol at all so I suffered a lot. Also when I complained that the Valium gave me restless legs and I couldn't take them, I didn't get a substitute.
