It was a good visit. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken in early and the Doctor took me in quickly and was very through in explaining the sleep study and new equipment has been ordered. So I was very pleased with all the medical team.

Receptionslist needs to get humanity and stop telling or controlling everyones life while we as patient's in the office are listening to our cell phones already turned down volume

Everything went very smoothly. I had changed insurance and we got that updated in person. Dr. Flores is very good, detailed, personable. Please keep up the great work and I am very happy Dr. Flores and the entire team are there for me.

Dr. Flores is an excellent communicator and explained the situation to me very clearly. I really appreciated the time he took to give me all the information as this is very important to me. I feel like I'm on a good path and I'm very happy with the decisions he made. I'm optimistic.

My experience is I am very satisfied with the information, even though it is a lot to think about. I have been blessed with good health and realize I am getting older and need to be aware of my aging process. I am very happy with the doctors on this plan. They have been very patient with me. Dr. Flores was awesome. When I first was seen by the nurse at the beginning I felt super rushed and it was like she was in such a hurry. She was super friendly but it was very rushed. Then Fr Flores came in and he listened and then he spoke and then he explained and I really felt like he sensed my not wanting a cpap machine and just discussed everything with my wife and I and after that appointment I felt more knowledgeable about what my treatment plan looked like and what things were going to be like. He was fantastic. I wish more and more doctors were this way.

The desk clerks need to make sure that they are calling the correct patient forward. As they passed me over. Other wise they knew all the info correctly.

Dr Flores took the time to answer each of my questions in a way that made me feel heard and respected. I appreciate both his professionalism, knowledge and also his excellent people skills. We dis cussed a sleep issue I am having and agreed upon an approach which we will evaluate in six months. If I have another concern before then it is easy to contact Dr Flores by MyChart. In my experience, he reads my messages and responds with good guidance. Renown is fortunate to have him, and so am I.

I seldom need to wait long to be called in. In the exam room the same holds. Dr Flores has been seeing me for a long time. I have been treated professionally, friendly, and caring. The staff Dr, Cheryl and Anthony included.We work together nicely to achieve the goal of comfortable Inspire experience. I am in good hands.

I always love how when I come into the doctor's office, it's quick, it's efficient. I'm out of there in five, ten minutes. It's not a long time, which is what I want. I don't want to be sitting there waiting a long time. Everybody's polite and efficient. So thank you.

It is very difficult to rate pulmonary unit on just one visit and one visit with the doctor. However it was a very good experience and we were able to go over a lot and I felt is was a good first experience. When my records are forwarded I am sure it will be very helpful.
