This was my first visit. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very nice, personable and clearly explained the check in [ ]. I was called into my exam within ten minutes. Upon meeting Dr. Flores, he was friendly, professional and he asked me a lot of questions which I appreciated. He demonstrated concern for my health and treatment. He clearly explained the procedures and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much Dr. Flores. At the conclusion of my [ ], Dr. Flores walked with me to the door leading to the waiting room. Upon entering the waiting room, another receptionist greeted me and scheduled my next appointment with ease. The entire experience was positive.

Dr Flores explained my test result from my [ ]. He adjusted the sleep equipment after listening to my concerns. His adjustments to the equipment resolved my difficulties using the equipment.

Nothing - every discussion was asked and answered. Another sleep study to be done (wait one year) ; some time between [ ] and [ ]. I believe it will be an overnight clinic sleep study to compare apples to apples.
