Renown Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic have all been extremely good to me and for me and I appreciate all of the doctors and the clinic staff.

Dr. Flores was outstanding—great listener, discussed options, and never did I feel he was rushing me. Very thankful for his service and grateful I was referred to him. Also, Cory, who checked me in, was warm, friendly, and professional. He assisted me in scheduling my next appointment on a day my wife had an appointment as well, so we don’t have to make two trips. Much appreciated! The only negative was the Medical Assistant service—very cold, curt, snappy, and was quick to talk over me when I answered her questions. I almost said something, but then thought she might have been having a bad day.

My daughter with me so I wouldn’t forget what he explained to us. She she really liked him because he took his time with us and explained everything she’s in the medical field so she understood more than what I did but he’s a great doctor and I have great trust in him.

Dr Flores is not only extremely knowledgeable and he was able to map that knowledge into the specifics of my case rapidly and provide a wealth of useful information. I am seen rapid improvement in my sleep since my first visit with Dr Flores and I am very happy with my treatment plan.

Everyone I talked with during my appointment was top-notch. The gentleman who checked me in has a very positive attitude and a smile in his voice. I appreciated that. The medical assistant was awesome. And I really liked Dr. Flores. He definitely knows his stuff, but is able to explain it in layman‘s terms. That is a real part.

I had filed a very long questionnaire before the appointment. The doctor had read it all and referenced it throughout the appointment. I didn't have to repeat that information.

I was only there to pick up the sleep machine. The technician went over what I needed to do plus there was good instructions online and in the packet. A time has been set up to go see what the results of the test were in two weeks.

Hi. Brandon Flores is really easygoing, very informative, and just really pleasant to be around. So the only reason I'm not giving him a 10 is it's hard to judge someone with just one meeting. And I can't get back to see him in my next appointment because he's booked out for months. So there is a problem. You can't really have continuity. I don't know that it's necessary. But yeah, he's a great guy. Thanks.

I loved the doctor!!! I have an extensive history but he listened to me! He was kind, caring, honest! He was amazing!! Besides my PC he took the time to know me and where I am coming from, it was a good experience. I can’t say enough good!! His medical assistant was also so nice!!!

I was able to get in the day after I called and everyone was great. The facility was clean and they were prompt getting me in and out of the office. I checked in at 9 and I was at my car driving home by 9:35. I did not feel like I was rushed I. Any area. Very nice visit. Thank you.

I had my sleep test completed almost a year ago and yet when I came for my follow up appointment, there was no information available, and it was a big waste of time for both me and the provider. Dr. Flores was certainly kind, and he was equally puzzled as to why the information from the test was unavailable. I wish that I knew that the information wasn’t available as that was the specific reason for the visit. A huge waste of time and resources.
