The assistants were helpful, the wait was very short and Dr Flores is knowledgeable, helpful and listens.

The care and service I received was very good. The gentleman in the front office that checked me in and checked me out was very pleasant, very professional, efficient. The gal who took me in was very good. I forget everyone's names, but I know Dr. Flores, and he is very good, very good listener, explained my whole sleep, showed me the chart, asked me if there were any more questions I had. It was a very good visit. That's all I want to say for now.

Dr. Flores listened well and was honest about the pros and cons of various treatments. He also was very prompt with seeing me shortly after I arrived which was greatly appreciated.

I am so pleased to have a video appointment. It saved me having to make a 500 mile round trip, which is tedious and stressful, but more so during Burning Man travel weeks.

Yes, as a veteran, I'm supposed to trust the VA, but I have more respect and more trust with Renowned Systems and any other hospital. I mean, come on, they should know some things and the VA knows nothing. But I appreciate everybody in that hospital. Thank you very much.

I was quite surprised and pleased that, having early, the medical assistant called me in before my appointment time. In too many other settings I’ve been kept waiting beyond my appointment time.

Using the cancellation experience went really easily. I would get an email notifying me of a cancellation or an opening for an appointment and that was great. And then I arrived early and the check-in person said she'd let them know and lo and behold, I was called almost immediately. So great customer service, great care and Brandon Flores is always superb with my care. Thank you.

The only reason I marked a 9 on one of the questions was both the aid and the provider were somewhat brusk, like I had somehow offended them or they had an argument with each other. Other than that the provider demonstrated a vast amount of knowledge of the problem and would stop so that I could ask a question of clarification. He's very good at reading people.

Dr. Flores was wonderful. He's easy to talk to and carefully listens to my comments and concerns. I like that he explains the charts and graphs, and helps me understand how these affect my health and apnea. My only complaint would be that it took so long for me to get an appointment to see him. I literally waited several months to get on his schedule. One other small comment, for what it's worth: the nurse seemed rather disinterested and perfunctory as she went about her preliminary intake duties. Maybe she was just having a bad day. It happens.

I totally trust Dr Brandon Flores with my Sleep Apnea and sleep problems totally. I also would like to thank the receptionist that checked me in and checked me out. He was cheerful, courteous, and very helpful. I appreciated his demeanor very much.

It was a good visit. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken in early and the Doctor took me in quickly and was very through in explaining the sleep study and new equipment has been ordered. So I was very pleased with all the medical team.
