I was quite surprised and pleased that, having early, the medical assistant called me in before my appointment time. In too many other settings I’ve been kept waiting beyond my appointment time.

Dr Flores is very clear about reviewing my sleep data with me and listening to my concerns. His medical assistant was thorough and professional as well.

Brandon Flores was an excellent listener and provided good responses for my concerns. I have already started doing one of his recommendations and have slept much more soundly with my CPAP device than I ever have before! He was great!

Using the cancellation experience went really easily. I would get an email notifying me of a cancellation or an opening for an appointment and that was great. And then I arrived early and the check-in person said she'd let them know and lo and behold, I was called almost immediately. So great customer service, great care and Brandon Flores is always superb with my care. Thank you.

The only reason I marked a 9 on one of the questions was both the aid and the provider were somewhat brusk, like I had somehow offended them or they had an argument with each other. Other than that the provider demonstrated a vast amount of knowledge of the problem and would stop so that I could ask a question of clarification. He's very good at reading people.

Dr. Flores was wonderful. He's easy to talk to and carefully listens to my comments and concerns. I like that he explains the charts and graphs, and helps me understand how these affect my health and apnea. My only complaint would be that it took so long for me to get an appointment to see him. I literally waited several months to get on his schedule. One other small comment, for what it's worth: the nurse seemed rather disinterested and perfunctory as she went about her preliminary intake duties. Maybe she was just having a bad day. It happens.

I totally trust Dr Brandon Flores with my Sleep Apnea and sleep problems totally. I also would like to thank the receptionist that checked me in and checked me out. He was cheerful, courteous, and very helpful. I appreciated his demeanor very much.

It was a good visit. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken in early and the Doctor took me in quickly and was very through in explaining the sleep study and new equipment has been ordered. So I was very pleased with all the medical team.

Receptionslist needs to get humanity and stop telling or controlling everyones life while we as patient's in the office are listening to our cell phones already turned down volume

My experience is I am very satisfied with the information, even though it is a lot to think about. I have been blessed with good health and realize I am getting older and need to be aware of my aging process. I am very happy with the doctors on this plan. They have been very patient with me. Dr. Flores was awesome. When I first was seen by the nurse at the beginning I felt super rushed and it was like she was in such a hurry. She was super friendly but it was very rushed. Then Fr Flores came in and he listened and then he spoke and then he explained and I really felt like he sensed my not wanting a cpap machine and just discussed everything with my wife and I and after that appointment I felt more knowledgeable about what my treatment plan looked like and what things were going to be like. He was fantastic. I wish more and more doctors were this way.

The desk clerks need to make sure that they are calling the correct patient forward. As they passed me over. Other wise they knew all the info correctly.
