The entire staff is always friendly and courteous. Brandon is attentive and explains my issues in detail. He is working with me to establish a treatment plan that will fall in place with my goals.

B Dodds actually listened and didn't minimize my pain which was actually really nice change of pace from the previous doctors I have seen about my hip. Wasn't treated like a drug seeking old lady

Brandon was the first Ortho doctor to take time to find out what was wrong with my knee. And explain what could be treated and what would probably never be able to repair. As a patient all I want is to be heard and given clear answers to what I’m asking. Brandon did both. Very happy with my treatment.

From the get-go at the door, everything was wonderful with the staff. They’re friendly and I enjoyed conversing with them. When I saw Brandon Dodds, I was hopeful that he could fix my problem and within five minutes it was fixed. Something two other doctors could not do. I am so thankful that he is there thank you, Brandon.

Brandon Dodds what’s very professional, but at the same time, he quickly put me at ease. He gave me plenty of time to explain my reason for being there, and after examination was able to tell me what was wrong with my hands. He also gave me several tips on what I could do to help. I was very pleased and happy with my visit.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
It took a long time for my doctors referral to go through. If I hadn’t stopped by the desk after seeing my dentist, I don’t think I would have been seen. I don’t know how the referral process works, but in my case in this situation, it did not work very well.

His nurse, Taylor [ ] was very helpful and caring. The receptionists never made eye contact or said thank you etc is the reason for their fair rating. Xray department was efficient.

The receptionists could use some customer service training.

The doctor’s overall attitude, patience with questions, and concern was excellent. I never felt hurried.

When the X-rays of my foot were taken, the technician seemed hurried and not necessarily concerned about any pain involved.

Dr Dodds is a great person who has gone through the same symptoms as I have so is really good at locating the problem which is not always what it seems.

I was extremely nervous to see the Dr. As soon as I got checked in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and fast. The Dr. And nurses ware friendly and never made me feel judged or uncomfortable. By the time the apointment was over i felt like I had hope, direction and a plan. I am extremely greatful and pleased with the Searcy medical center Orthopedic Clinic.

Maybe offer a print out of the apointment with treatment options ... They pretty much covered all the bases.

Dr. Dodds is always pleasant and caring.He is always careful when injecting my shoulders or knees. My pain is reduced because of his carefulness. He is an excellent doctor.

Dr Dodd and Dr Blinkenstaff was excellent. And the nurse who went over the schedule and pre-op instructions (sorry i forgot her name) was great as well. The upfront staff at check-in and check-out didn't seem friendly at all.

Up front staff needs to smile and act like they like their job or quit.

I was in severely pain in my left knee and went to see Dr. Dobbs. He went beyond trying to explain to me what the x-ray show. He is such a great bedside manners, and overall, I was very pleased with this visit.
