Brandi gave me a lot of info about HRT. She helped me a lot and I look forward to future visits and therapy.

Brandi always makes me feel like I matter. Visits feel more like a visit with an old friend, treatments feels more like a discussion not an order. Miss Tasha is also amazing. Always making me feel welcome, not like I'm a task to be handled.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I can't think of a single thing that would have made this visit better.

Brandi made me feel relaxed. She genuinely cared about how I felt. I wish I had started going her 20 years ago.

There's not much to improve on. The staff and provider are always great!

I love that Brandi North takes her time with each appointment. She listens to concerns and is very thorough with explaining any results and what they mean. I love that she wants to know what your comfortable with and then makes a plan forward! She shows true and genuine care for her patients.

Brandi was very thorough in investigating medication, she was wanting to prescribe to make sure That the new medications that I am on now from my heart attack Brittany didn’t have any side effects

Every body was super friendly!! The doctor listened and explained everything to where I could understand. Differently going back!!!

The nurse was very patient and helpful. Brandi went above and beyond what was expected regarding a well woman's exam. She was Patient, compassionate, and did exactly what she said she was going to do!

Everything was great! They were very busy that morning and they had a new receptionist which slowed check in time down considerably, but that’s to be expected when someone is new. Regardless of the situation, they took great care of me and I appreciate it!

I love the doctors at RGH. They not only listen to you, but they sit and discuss how or what's the best option to take for your recovery. Dr North has been such a blessing to me. I will miss her being my PCP.
