This visit was great. Brandi and her team (two other ladies-names I can't remember) were great. They answered every question in detail. Listened to me carefully and executed effectively from there. One of the best visits I've had in a while.

The provider walked in and immediately addressed the concerns that I voiced to the nurse. She listened.. Truly listened to my previous experiences and explained what she would do to try to ease my pain. She also assured me that if those strategies didn't work then she would schedule a follow up appointment and prescribe medication to aid in minimizing pain. I am so grateful for the way that she treated me during this appointment and her depth of knowledge on how to ease pain and discomfort for patients.

I've struggled with depression and anxiety for the last two-three years and taking care of myself was put on the back burner. I had a previous that did not go well and it refrained me from obtaining care for another year. I appreciate her kindness, understanding, and lack of judgment. I appreciate her sincerity, and patience. It's moments like these that make it a little easier to care for myself.

Wish the provider looked at me and don't sit in front of a computer. She seemed a little distracted this visit. She answers my questions but I don't necessarily know what questions so would have liked more explanation on her part as to what the medication does, why it's the best option, a comparison to alternatives, etc.

This was my first visit with Dr Galloway. Dr Galloway was top notch in my opinion. She was professional, personable and kind. She took the time to listen to me and talk to me about my concerns. I will continue with Dr Galloway as my Gynecologist, I feel that I've found a diamond in the rough.
