I always appreciate Dr. Branch’s care. She truly cares. She takes her time, explains things & asks if I have additional questions. Although she is busy, I never feel rushed by her. Her intern was great too. She took her time and carefully gathered information.

The visit with doctor was amazing. We liked her bedside manner immediately. However, Doctor branch prescribed pre filled insulin to me with no needle tops. Which means I cannot take the insulin. I've sent several message and not a single person has returned my call. This is negligent and reckless. I was also prescribed a medication that js expensive I've asked for an alternative and those messages have also gone unanswered.

Dr. Branch is very nice. I came in pain that I’ve never experienced before. She subscribed a $800 prescription. I’m like WTH. Nope, can’t do that…couldn’t and wouldn’t afford it.
Followed up with Dr. [ ] and she advised a lidocaine patch to relieve pain. You do the math.
