She was so unprofessional as an adult. I was suppose to have blood work and I went the next morning. She did not put an order in. I will go to Advocate from now now. I have been at Franciscan twenty years or more. Please try and find some qualified nurses .

After my GP left I signed on with Dr. Branch. Found her to be personable, proficient, and addressed my needs in getting my prescriptions taken care of. She personally called me to inquire if everything was taken care of.

I've seen this nurse practitioner twice. Both times I have had to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes or longer. This most recent visit was very disappointing. I came in with concerns of not feeling well, however my temperature was not taken. My nose, ears and throat were not checked. In my after visit notes it stated all those areas were normal. Additionally, I asked for a referral to my allergist and she would not provide it.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I was taken into the exam room close to 3:50 PM with no explanation of the delay or a simple apology.
The health care person taking my vitals was very abrupt when I told her I was here concerning a cough. She stated this should have been dealt with through a telehealth visit. I replied how could one listen to my lungs via a telehealth visit? I assumed the appointment person would have told me if that was the case. I also filled out the online questionnaire stating the primary reason for the visit was for a cough with many questions addressing the particulars. The health care person stated she would talk with Larina Branch to see if she would see me. (I was very concerned by that statement.)
Larina Branch did present herself. I felt like the visit was very rushed. I also felt like I was an imposition to be there today. The tone of the meeting I felt lacked any compassion.
I have never felt this way in all the years I have been attending this group practice.
Having read patient reviews and watching her video I was not expecting what I experienced on [ ]/2024.

MA LaKrizza was very nice and friendly. Greeted me from waiting room with a smile. Wait time from triage to provider was less than 10 minutes. Larina Branch was very nice and helpful as well. She gave several cost efficient suggestions to help eliminate my original concern.

My appointment was for 10:30 and I was not seen until 11:30. Patients are not allowed to be that late.
