Short and authoritative did not seem to want to have a conversation centered on collective treatment. More so wanted to prescribe and dismiss. I did not feel seen or heard.

Dr. Branch is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. She has gone out of her way to assist me with a severe medical condition that no other doctor has done before her and I am very greatful. She is always very cordial and thoughtful. At least twice I have called her on a urgency basis and she has found time to see me.

On numerous occasions, she needed to send to other entities information about my health and well-being, such as, having my drivers license renewed because of my age and renewing my handicap parking privileges. She is patient and very thoughtful.

I always appreciate Dr. Branch’s care. She truly cares. She takes her time, explains things & asks if I have additional questions. Although she is busy, I never feel rushed by her. Her intern was great too. She took her time and carefully gathered information.
