I was going back and forth about reporting my interaction with Larina but my visit was disturbing because i was worried about my blood pressure and she was being very difficult in her line of question . She asked me had i went to the eye dr and i said no i told her i have new glasses she ask me r we going to go around and around i proceed to tell her you ask had i been to the eye dr you didn't say when she always pretty rough about me taking my meds and i do appreciate that because i was pretty bad but I've cleaned up my act and been taking my meds but she was rude and how she spoke to me was terrible bedside manner and i told her that i didn't get a call about my labs last feb and she went on to tell me that sometimes they don't call unless it a issue which i was ok with until i was walking out and in the area with all the nurses and she says i looked in the computer and she put she called you like i was lying about getting a call i felt embarrassed its no reason for me to make up if the nurse called about my labs from feb it was very rude she didn't take me to the side either . She kind of said like i check the computer and she called you it was rude this not the first time i left there not wanting to see her again . And i left there with no answer to even what wrong just frustrated. With her attitude She has a very smart mouth when speaking with me maybe she doesn't realize it i told her i not doing the colonoscopy and i said in Jesus name im covered she says lets not bring Jesus in it i will be finding another dr

I left my appointment feeling very disappointed. It felt like my input about my own body weren’t taken seriously. Instead of having a conversation about my health, I felt dismissed as though my input didn’t matter.

Dr. Branch does not keep you waiting long to see her, she was very present and attentive to my needs. She really listened to me and gave her professional advice. She also explained whatever was needed to be sure I clearly understood what we were discussing, she also gave me recommendations and didn't rush my visit.

She was so unprofessional as an adult. I was suppose to have blood work and I went the next morning. She did not put an order in. I will go to Advocate from now now. I have been at Franciscan twenty years or more. Please try and find some qualified nurses .
