I was very anxious about getting the ureter stent removed. They responded to My Chart questions that I had and were all a very attentive, calm team. They completely calmed my nerves simply by recognizing my concern and reassuring me.

Dr Branch is the best. We never feel rushed. He is so down to earth. That is why we keep coming back instead of finding a urologist closer to us.
