I was with my sister. She was with me and she explained things to him. But Dr. Branch Fleming did a great job. She was telling me why, when I fell, it's just like my foot and leg twisted around again. She said there was a pattern that went down the side, like a little brace or something, like a belt or something. And it must have got crumpled or twisted. But she gave me my medication, told me what I needed to take. She explained everything to me, not at me. She's always been that way. She's always spoke to me and not at me. She's always been a good person. I even recommend it to my sister who was with me. She's a good person. The nurses were very nice. They gave me my shots. They explained some things I might have wanted to ask. And everything went fine and proper. No problems at all. Your admissions department was great. I appreciate having the

I was once not a fan of virtual appointments however, it was quick and I was able to get to my concerns addressed.

Getting what I needed to have scheduled in the time frame that the state of Minnesota gave me was impossible. After making multiple appointments, I was able finally to schedule what I actually needed. This form needed to be returned about a month before. I was able to get it returned. I'll figure out what my follow-up is supposed to be on my own I suppose.

I just would like to say that I thank God for the staff at mHealth Fairview and especially my doctor, Dr. Chantelle Branch-Fleming. She is a woman of her word and a woman that listens to her patients. And I just really appreciate the fact that I got a good doctor. And also the staff is wonderful. They've all been good on down to the lab technicians, the EKG technicians. And I just want to say thank you so much for your time and it's just been a pleasure. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Oh, I almost forgot the person in the lab. She was really friendly and very helpful when she did the blood draw. She listened to me about what I preferred and what I didn't. And then also it was really easy to make an appointment. I was really rather shocked. Usually it takes forever to get in and I do mean forever and I was able to get in right away.

I was admitted in real quickly, no problems, no issues or anything. I was able to ride the elevator upstairs. I had a nice young lady named Chi, I think, Chi, and she took my blood pressure and checked me out, made sure everything was fine. Very nice, very cordial. And as for Dr. Branch Fleming, she's number one. She's the greatest ever.

I've been coming, I've lived in Minnesota for about 30 years, and I've been coming to this clinic for about that length of time. And I've been getting really, really good care, really good health care there. I will recommend it to anyone and especially Dr. Branch-Fleming. She's patient, she listens, she encourages, she tells you what you need to do about your health when something is right or wrong. My two shots were painless. The blood draw left no bleed out mark. Both techs were great. My doctor is always great.

The check in process is redundant especially when I check in through my chart and then someone calls to ask for the same information. One of these should be eliminated.

I'm a new patient to Fairview and from the moment I walked in to when I walked out I felt comfortable and everyone I came across was nice, professional and overall made me feel human. Sometimes coming into clinics it feels robotic and uncomfortable. But that wasn't the case yesterday Dr. Fleming was down to earth and knowledgeable and Mary who did my bloodwork was concerned for my comfort and asked me if I needed to recline in a different seat to do bloodwork. Never been treated with such care when taking bloodwork. Overall it was a great experience and the staff were perfect.

The whole team at the Fairview Brooklyn Park Clinic has always been great and I have liked every one of my providers there. Dr. Branch Fleming in particular is the first provider I saw there and I really like her still very much. She truly listens, she provides excellent care, she takes input and feedback and really works with you personally. So I have greatly appreciated that. Thank you.
