He should take a few minutes and actually talk to the patients and get a feel for why they are there. Instead of just trying to get them out the door and he goes to his next patient and does the same thing

When I told my aunt about my experience with Dr.Fink she gasped and said she had the same experience with him as well. He might be a good surgeon however he needs to work on his bedside manner.
