The Doctors are knowledgeable in their profession. Everyone is quick to get you taken care of and are friendly in doing so.

My questions are always answered. All concerns are heard with attention and concern. I feel like my life with Parkinson is important to my UAB team and that there are resources to help me. I know I am not on this journey alone and that makes a huge difference. The encouragement I get is critical to my successful results so far.

I must have waited two minutes in the waiting room.
The nurse was excellent. She took wonderful care of me.
Bradleigh took her time to explain many important things. She has my two favorite qualities in a medical professional: she is both professional and personable. She was patient, answered many questions, and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask my own questions.

For a Monday morning everyone had a wonderful smile on their faces and pleasing attitude. Bradleigh was very attentive and interested in my condition. She was very patient in answering all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I felt confident Dr. [ ] and Bradleigh could treat my Parkinsons.

We met with Bradleigh Pfitzer, NP, she was very professional, friendly, well informed, and spent time answering questions we had. I had been having stomach pain/upset and she offered advice on how to make C/L easier on my stomach. She was very understanding and explained in more detail how C/L works. We appreciated her time and further educating us on Parkinson's Disease. I am blessed to have gotten in with Dr. [ ] and his team. Thanks so much.
