My visit was pleasant, No waiting and Dr, Was professional. I only had to wait 45 minutes for my prescriptions. Which took longer than my actual visit.

Transportation provided and appointments are on time. I really like my primary care provider Ashley Unley and all the people there are very helpful and nice.

They know me by name when I come in and get me checked in quickly. I have the best doctor in the world, Dr. Capella who goes out of my way to help me and answer all my questions. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly!

Ashley Uney always goes the extra step to address my needs. She listens and provides information to maximize correcting my deficits . She provided an alternative imaging center that accepted my insurance. I go to Dedicated Seniors for the great staff that are friendly and professional and the ability to get an appointment on short notice.

Not receiving scheduled appointment callbacks from my doctor. Several times . Dr. Prescribed me medicine (Antibiotics ) that was listed on my medical chart as me being Allergic to. I had to leave my home in Florida to Minnesota in 2023 for a family emergency I was running dangerously low on one of my blood pressure meds and was denied a refill… that was Frightening I was forced to go see a new Dr. to Get the meds I Desperately needed. This made me feel that I was not a valued patient and they didn’t care about me.
