The number one reason I continue to use Dedicated Senior Medical Center is, without question, the attention and care to my health and well-being I receive from my PCP, Dawn Wright. There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that she is genuinely committed, not only to providing me with the best possible medical treatment, but is also interested in me as a person, not just a patient.

The receptionist knew who I was and marked me in and after Dr. Melo saw me he had me get another set of x-rays on my left foot because I'm scheduled to see Dr. Oldrich,(Podiatry), on May 9 to find out how my left foot is doing. Also I will be getting blood work done after I get my foot checked out. Dr. Melo wants to know how I'm doing before my next visit with him on June 6. So far I'm very pleased with Dedicated Senior Medical Center.

Communicate regarding referrals and approvals. Providers and myself call countless times to get referrals. Have had to cancel and reschedule appointments waiting for referrals to get issued.
