My only complaint is how long it took to see the doctor from the time of my appointment. It was a long time before she appeared in my exam room. She more than made upfor it with the time she spent with me and giving me her undivided attention, but my appointment was 7:30 and I thought I could be back to work by 9am (I work 15 minutes away) and I ended up miscalculating how long the appointment would take. Really no fault of anyone's but mine but the only place I could see improvement is if things ran quicker to ge tthe doctor to come in. I assume this was because she was looking at my records prior to seeing me which is understandable.

First time I seen Dr. BRACKLEIN and she was very helpful and compassionate with my concerns.

New Doctor and staff for us and we hope they stay the same a year from now . We have had 4 different doctors in 3years due to staff changes and doctors leaving . The health care system has changed so much and not for the best.. we hope this is our last charge for a good while!!

I couldn't get into my regular primary physician so I thought I would try the Brooklyn office. I'm quite pleased so far and may continue to see Dr Bracklein and decide whether or not to change who my primary is. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and I'm sensitive to who I see as a primary and specialist.
