All the staff was excellent very informative friendly and fast did not let me sit let me informed of everything they were doing was a good experience I had stitches out and they explained everything as they went

Meeting Bethany for the first time I was very impressed by her friendliness and concern for my reason of being there and her listening to my issues.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I feel everything went the way I wanted it to go she explained everything that I needed to know and got me on my way to be treated the way I wanted that was in her capabilities. So i wouldn’t change anything.

First time I've see Bethany fortreatment. She and her nurse were excellent. She let's the patient set the tone, then responds appropriately. Very welcoming.

I have seen Bethany 2 times now and she has been wonderful both times. She listens to you concerns and addresses them. She is always running on time. The staff was very pleasant as well.

I can not pick out one. They were all attentive and professional.

Nothing. Everytime I go there everyone from the staff to the nurses and doctor are all professional and attentive to your needs. Could not ask for a better staff.

Bethany did a great job of easing my concerns from the ER visit I had which was reason for this visit. I had not seen her previously but she made me feel like she knew my past history.

Bethany is so friendly and made me feel like she had plenty of time for me. She actually smiles which some other provider don’t seem able to do. Makes a difference!

From the moment I came in the door, the service was excellent. Staff and Bethany did an outstanding job taking care of me. Bethany took the time to listen to me and provide the care I needed. I cannot ask for a better health care team.
