Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Bethany did a great job of easing my concerns from the ER visit I had which was reason for this visit. I had not seen her previously but she made me feel like she knew my past history.

Bethany is so friendly and made me feel like she had plenty of time for me. She actually smiles which some other provider don’t seem able to do. Makes a difference!

I really enjoyed meeting Bethany and felt she listened attentively and considered my symptoms carefully before coming up with a plan. Would highly recommend her.

From the moment I came in the door, the service was excellent. Staff and Bethany did an outstanding job taking care of me. Bethany took the time to listen to me and provide the care I needed. I cannot ask for a better health care team.

This was my first visit with Bethany, and I couldn’t have been more happy. She was very direct, professional, good at explaining the situation, and very, very knowledgeable about the problem I was having. She was friendly and courteous, and very personable. I enjoyed having her help me, and see her as a good addition to this practice! God bless you all!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr Bowen seemed to be smirking almost mocking through my entire visit. Her “smile” was not warm and genuine it seemed condescending. Even though recorders are being used throughout visits, I am still misquoted in clinical notes. When asked to address it, one note was changed but not all that were incorrect. Accuracy does not seem to be important. In my opinion, Dr Bowen, is a bad reflection on the practice which otherwise is usually friendly, caring, and thorough.

This was the first time I met her and she did a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable, she was professional knowledgeable, and did a great job of listening to my symptoms and explaining everything
