He's a very personable etc it's just unfortunate like I say I wish I'd done my homework. I just didn't think re Medicare not covering orthotics.

As I said in my Staff evaluation, Doctor Kusyk has cared for me the past 16 years. He is always informative and includes me in all decisions about the care/procedures of/for my diabetic feet. He is an outstanding and trusted caregiver and friend!

I felt very comfortable with him, and I really liked that he didn't take a lot of my time :) to get the situation resolved and a correction plan in place. I was at work at needed to get back.
