Maureen Borrego always makes me feel as a family member she is caring for not a number.. i think that helps me succeed in treatment better

She knew immediately I was not feeling well. She ordered a wheelchair for me to be taken out, and I truly appreciated that. It made me feel cared for. I needed that.

This was a transition care visit after a 2 day hospital stay. I was still very ill and Maureen took quick action to do Stat labs and put me in a nice dark quiet room letting me nap while we waited. Not only that, when she did get them and found me sleep she let me sleep instead of waking me because she understood how terrible I was feeling.
