Dr Born was very apologetic about the receptionist mistake and saw me right away. She was kind and friendly and listened to my needs. The appointment went just as smooth as it could of once I was taken to the room.

My doctor gave me plenty of options and honest and open of which birth control would slow down my periods and answer any questions I had

There was a breakdown in the patient doctor relationship by not getting the needed refill before I ran out,. I didn’t feel comfortable doing the exam as I was already had pain.
