I liked the scheduling better when it was handled at the clinic level. This time, when I called the clinic (during business hours), I ended up with Fairview central scheduling. It's annoying to call our own clinic and end up with a scheduler who asks where we want to be seen and doesn't seem to have any idea that my son has been seeing the same doctor in the same clinic for well visits his whole life.
