Dr. Borgelt is very educated in Auto Immune Diseases and he fights for his patients with insurance so the patient can get the best treatment available.

Dr. Borgelt is the best PCP that I have ever had. I have multiple Auto Immune Disorders and he understands them and seems educated with them in which you don't always see in a PCP. He has also fought hard with my insurance to get a GLP-1 approved for me and finally my insurance approved one. Dr. Borgelt's communication has been wonderful.

Dr borgelt treated me like someone he has known for a long time. He was friendly, really took the time to listen to me and check back on my medical records so he got all of the facts absolutely correct. I hope he remains a part of my medical team for a long time!

Appointments are always good and you never wait very long to see nurse and then the dr. I'm glad I switched, I really like everyone there.

Excellent Physican with exceptional bed side manners! Listened to my needs and concerns. Spent time reviewing my chart and issues regarding my hospital follow up appointment! All issues and concerns I had were addressed!

He listens to my comments, has a recall of past visit & testing completed since that visit. Also a concern for the timing of the visits to work with the insurance systems. And he has a very pleasant, relaxed common sense manner

I kinda felt blown off. I have never been not taken seriously with Trinity Health Doctors, so I was very taken aback. Between having to plead my case to go to a chiropractor, and the call from him blowing off a very high WBC by saying it was because I was anxious, I now have mixed feelings on whether I want this doctor as my ppc. I am in pain, and I would like to be taken seriously.
