He listens to my comments, has a recall of past visit & testing completed since that visit. Also a concern for the timing of the visits to work with the insurance systems. And he has a very pleasant, relaxed common sense manner

He has a congenial manner and repeated my responses in a way that wasn't parroting but let me know that he understood what I was saying. He was non-judgmental in his responses and provided helpful information on the concerns I expressed.
