Dr Borchers is a very nice, very through Dr that I've come to trust. BJC has given me excellent care in for various health concerns and the care is excellent.

Dr. Borchers reviews all my test results so I understand them. His staff is very nice. I feel very confident in Dr. Borchers and I appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions during a visit.

I would like Jonathan Borchers and his office staff to receive the recognition they deserve for being so professional & explaining things so well. Dr Borchers is very kind & caring. I have not switched providers in over 10 years, this was my first visit and I feel confident my healthcare is in great hands with him.

I had a great experience with Parkland Health,. And I'm going to have to have a hip replacement. And the provider assured me that with me being pretty healthy, it would go all right. And I like that about it. And I just had a great experience with them.

Dr. Boucher listened to everything I had to say and didn't cut me off or talk over me. He did a thorough examination, ordered all of the accurate tests, and is working with me to get me healthy. It was a pleasant experience.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect, privacy, and I have always been heard by my Dr. Jonathan Borchers and his staff. I have never, ever felt that they didn't listen to me. They've always been professional, but also very caring, empathetic, and very, very good doctor and staff. So thank you so much, and I definitely would recommend them to my family and friends. Everyone treats me with courtesy and care. Going to the doctor is never a fun trip, but this office makes it much more pleasant to go. They all do kind and pleasant.

Dr. Borchers is always very patient and understanding during my visits with him. I unfortunately, have a very complex medical history with several past very invasive procedures and lots of current medications due to those procedures and Dr. Borchers always listens to my concerns and explains everything to me. Due to my current situation, I truly appreciate his empathy and understanding why I sometimes take more of his time than normal. He never makes me feel rushed or feel like I am asking silly questions regarding my care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Everything went very well for this visit from the time I walked into the building until the time I left. I have a lot of days that I am not always feeling well so I very much appreciate visitslike that!
