Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Borchers is always very patient and understanding during my visits with him. I unfortunately, have a very complex medical history with several past very invasive procedures and lots of current medications due to those procedures and Dr. Borchers always listens to my concerns and explains everything to me. Due to my current situation, I truly appreciate his empathy and understanding why I sometimes take more of his time than normal. He never makes me feel rushed or feel like I am asking silly questions regarding my care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Everything went very well for this visit from the time I walked into the building until the time I left. I have a lot of days that I am not always feeling well so I very much appreciate visitslike that!

I was seen on tine. Dr Borchers spent time understanding my medical history and explaining his recommendations and rationale. He is very easy to speak with.

I am very appreciative of Dr. Borchers listening and letting me take control of my diabetes. He is very helpful and gives me advice as to what I can do better. He is by far the best Dr. I have been seen by. Thanks to his help I’be been able to get my A1C down to 5.8 to 6.2 and have lost 35lbs..

The attitude of the staff was great. Helpful, thorough, friendly staff, on time. Dr.Borchers was right there with his staff. The staff, from the start to finish, gets a 100% from me!

This practictioner needs training on respectful language, listening to your patients, and entering a room with a helpful spirit. I will not reccomend him to anyone.

Everyone that delt with me was excellent. I was treated with respect and concern by everyone. Even the intern that shadowed my Dr. was so respectful and polite.
