I have been seeing Dr. Passinault for many years and I am totally at ease with him and trust him, he has my utmost respect and want to only see him. Alicia Boone was my first visit wasn’t that comfortable with her, my refills were wrong due to I haven’t used insulin viles & needles for years and use the pens. My eyes are sensitive to light and pens are easier to use. I have nothing against this doctor I’’m more comfortable with my doctor who knows me.

When I called the office on 11/14 complaining of chronic diarrhea and black stool, they told me to go to the ER, which I did. I was treated and released from the ER and was told to follow up with my doctor as soon as possible. When I called the office to schedule a follow up with Dr. Boone, I was told the soonest she could get me in wasn’t until 12/12. No other providers in the office could see me any earlier than that time either. I know it’s not their fault and I’m pretty sure they were booked up because of the holidays, which is also not their fault. However the fact is, I went to the ER on 11/14 and was not seen for my follow up appointment until 12/12 almost a full month later.

I appreciate that Dr Boone listens to me and treats my concerns seriously. From the front desk to seeing Dr Boone., I feel like a person vs "a number". A valuable thing in today's health care system.
