Dr. Ferrara and all of her staff are awesome! Dr. Ferrara always take as much time as needed to help me. She is wonderful.

Dr. Bonnie was incredibly kind and attentive, listening carefully to everything I had to say. She clearly explained my condition and took the time to demonstrate exactly how to use Flonase, since I was feeling hesitant about trying it.

Usually there is enough time but sometimes I would like a little more. I would like to suggest the ability to choose an option of extended time when making an appointment. In the current system of appointments, I often feel rushed and forget some of the doctors comments.

I just want to say that I think that the office is clean and wonderful and the receptionist is great and Bonnie Ferrara is a terrific doctor. I really feel very comfortable talking about my health and stuff and that's about it. I appreciate everybody and what a great job you do. Thank you.

Although my primary care physician wasn’t available, [ ] , I got in right away and saw Bonnie Ferrara. It was a great experience. I can’t say enough about it. She was excellent, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to her again if [ ] wasn’t available. She actually spoke to me in language I could understand and wrote me a referral for physical therapy, and had me talk to my pain doctor. She spent a lot of time with me.

I saw Dr. Ferrara as follow up after discharge from the hospital because my PCP is booked all the way till January, but was happy to see Dr. Ferrara this is my second time to see her and I was really happy with her, she listened to my concerns and made me feel better.

Everyone at the Robb location is professional and welcoming. Dr. Ferrara is an excellent care provider. She always asks if is okay to use the terminal during our appointment. She arrives ready to talk about my medical history. She listens carefully to my concerns and takes them seriously. She plans ahead for future steps regarding ongoing health issues. I trust her completely and tell my friends to go to that location and see her if at all possible.
