This week at in person appointment I had an [ ] and Dr Ferrara and her staff were very supportive and professional and coordinated with my cardiologist and recommended I go to [ ] and I did and to my relief everything worked out as best as I could ever expect and I have restarted a medication which th Drs and I believe will work to prevent any further episodes. I am very grateful for all their help!!!

Dr. Ferrara is always ready for my appointment. She prepares ahead of time so when she comes in she knows why I am there. While I know her schedule is tight, I never feel rushed. She takes time to review my [ ]. She asks about any recent falls. She checks on my mental wellness. I appreciate her desire to address issues by starting with the least disruptive solution and go from there rather than rushing to surgery first. The office on Robb Drive is always spotless and full of light. While no one looks forward to seeing their doctor, Dr. Ferrara makes the experience as pleasant as possible
