I saw Dr. Ferrara as follow up after discharge from the hospital because my PCP is booked all the way till January, but was happy to see Dr. Ferrara this is my second time to see her and I was really happy with her, she listened to my concerns and made me feel better.

Everyone at the Robb location is professional and welcoming. Dr. Ferrara is an excellent care provider. She always asks if is okay to use the terminal during our appointment. She arrives ready to talk about my medical history. She listens carefully to my concerns and takes them seriously. She plans ahead for future steps regarding ongoing health issues. I trust her completely and tell my friends to go to that location and see her if at all possible.

The staff at the facility on Robb Drive are always courteous and do not ever rush you. Dr. Ferrara is amazing, one of the best doctors I have ever had. She takes her time with me, listens to what I have to say, and then gives me information and advice that she finds important. If I contact her with any question through My Chart, she always responds quickly. Love her!
