Waited 6 months for an appointment. Then was called and told doc was on vacation and had to wait 2 more months. Doc was rude when walked in to treatment room and first thing she said was why was I here at 8:00 on a cold morning for fingernails. Academic medicine needs to get a dose of the real world.

1- Persistency working towards the objectives in order to achieve an outcome which both cares & pleased myself.
2- Clear direct communication between the doctor (whom has a team on hand to assist/solve issues) & the doctor personally handles business one on one with the patient.

Once the doctor came in it would be extremely helpful as a patient if there weren't two or three extra people in there with her. I felt rushed. Standing there with my shirt off among three women was just very stressful.

Everyone and everything was way above par! From the beginning-easy parking, the
