Abigail is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional person. She is also a great communicator. She explained everything during the exam in a way that was 100% understandable. She spent plenty of time with me and I never felt like things were being rushed along. She covered my medical history and future tests. Abigail expressed genuine concern for my health!

Abby was just the Nurse Practitioner I was hoping for the moment she walked into the exam room! She was so very welcoming and most understanding with my numerous health concerns. She eased my anxiety and covered the many concerns I had with compassion and kindness! I could not have had a better experience with her and appreciate her taking the time to be as concerned and thorough during my visit. Wonderful, just wonderful! I’m so very appreciative!!! Thank you, Abby!!!

Abigail M Boersma was excellent. She did not rush me and actually listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel pressured to hurry up as I was explaining my symptoms and she asked interacting questions. I didn't feel like she was judging me or lecturing to me. She actually listened. Thank you so much!

This was my first visit. She takes the time to listen. She was also knowledgable on my condition and was able to help me pinpoint what may be causing my issue. At no pint did I feel she was rushing me or trying to get to the next patient. Answered all my questions and prompted me for those I did not ask. She/staff were able to get my records from my previous doctor in Illinois on the portal FAST without me having to do anything. Zero - aggravation visit from my perspective.
