Dr. Bobenhouse was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and pleased with my decision to schedule an appointment with this practice.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
If they could run a tad bit on schedule. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 and I wasn’t see until about 9am. The doctor apologized and I understand that people run behind.

Dr. Bobenhouse is a terrific Dr. He is easy to talk to. He never gets offended if I am not receptive to a recommendation from him, he will keep things moving and explain his position on the recommendation later in the visit after we have addressed all of my other concerns. I love his approach so much that I have started using that approach in my proffesional career. Dr Bobenhouse is kind and caring and I have so much confidence in his abilities and so much gratitude for his obvious desire to keep me on a path to the best level of wellness possible.

My visit with Dr Neil Bobenhouse was wonderful! He is one of the best doctors I’ve had in a long time. He’s very detailed, he cares about what I’m talking about, he takes his time listening & genuinely cares about my health. I can tell he’s a very passionate Dr! Everybody was extremely professional and kind! Such a great environment in the whole office!

Dr. Bobenhouse addressed a longstanding issue with care and compassion, active listening. He made a sincere effort to connect with me and involve me in the decision making.

Each visit that my son has had in Dr. Bobenhouse‘s office has been wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and competent. Dr. Bobenhouse has provided excellent care and has been willing to assist with managing my son’s complex health needs. I have referred three others to Dr. Bobenhouse’s practice. We are very thankful to have found Dr. Bobenhouse.

I was called in about 5 mins from the time I checked in. Doctor came in as soon as the nurse took the vitals. Doctor is very patient and listened to me carefully taking notes. It gave me so much relief with just 1 dose of medicine.

Everything was done to the point. I am very satisfied.

The entire staff were professional, friendly, very accommodating, made me feel at home, and comforted in my choice for a new PCP office after being with my Dr.'s care for 20 years. I was impressed with Dr. Bobenhouse.

The medical technician so friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Dr. Bobenhouse was a good listener and seemed more interested in my medical status than on the first visit I had with him.

The nurse was friendly and caring. The doctor was fantastic and spent a lot of time going over my records and performing a thorough checkup.

My prior Healthcare was military. Comparing my care there and at BJC is like black and white. We are extremely happy with Dr. Bobenhouse and staff at Barnes West Primary Care. Dr. Bobenhouse is thorough, informative, and caring. I rate him in the top 4 of doctors I've had. Thanks BJC for having such wonderful caregivers.
