Lab, chest X-ray, ekg, pharmacy all in one place. The doctor is very caring. The office girls, nurses, technicians are all so friendly and helpful. I am a retired nurse who worked in a physicians office with similar amenities. I’m glad to find an office where it is one stop for all needs.

Can't think of anything else. The transportation that they provide is a big plus. It's the perfect location for me. I take the bus.

Dr doesn’t really listen. Needs to address your concerns & not dismiss things when dealing with seniors. Very poor response to fill refill requests from Walgreen’s & then says it’s their fault.

Train the upfront people better. Constantly screw ups on appts!!! We love Dr Grynshtein!!!!! What a shame. Giving it a couple more try’s. All nursing and Dr. Staff are great. Friendly, courteous and know their jobs. Office support is poor at best!!!! Many issues with scheduling referrals and calling people n medications.

find a way to take what doctor says and recommends and put it in writing so we better understand and remember what happened during visit doctor G goes in great depth and seems quie knowledgeable but I walk away a bit confused and it isn’t from my age or mental infirmity

Dr G listens to what I have to say. He just solved a medical problem I have had for a while. My previous doctors just brushed me off and after a while you just stop asking. I'm so thankful that I found Dr. G. He is not only a caring doctor and he is also a very intelligent doctor.

I like that they do everything x-rays, blood work, urine. They hooked me up to a couple of different things to check my heart and I don't have to go all over for this it's right there. You can get in the same day if necessary. That's why I like him and the doctor seems very knowledgeable about any type of questions you ask him.
