I have been a patient at the office less than a year but, I find their care and communication to be exceptional.

I felt as though my concerns were understood, the provider took enough time to explain possible ways to address them, ,she solicited my input, and we agreed on a course of action. She checked to see if I had a follow up appointment and since I had one scheduled in few weeks we decided not to make a new follow up appointment. She reminded me to call if I had any questions or concerns in the meantime.

I never have any issues with my Dr or office. Friendly, efficient, exceptional and thorough.

Louise is pretty awesome to meet with. All staff that I have had interaction with are super friendly.

I had never met Louise before , but she was great, knowledgeable and informative. It’s nice to have a smile at a doctors office, and she had one for me.

Very attentive to needs & providing timely orders- thank you!! She was instrumental in assisting w/a MRI order post knee injury. The expedited order was key in getting the right brace & getting started on the right treatment path.

Louise Blase was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I can’t see my primary doctor, she is the one I would like to see.

Extremely professional, engaging, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt very comfortable with the medical care I received and would not hesitate in being assigned to Louise Blase in the future.

Louise has a way of communicating in a manner that is customized to her patient. She doesn't provide you with a scripted response. She's a keeper!

Louise was extremely helpful in responding to My Chart health issues, in scheduling a fast appointment, in not keeping us waiting, in understanding our issues. MoBap is lucky to have her.

Everyone that I encountered for my wellness visit was wonderful. Staff was efficient and so kind. Louise was AMAZING. She took the time to answer any and all of my questions and truly made me feel cared for. Overall, I have no complaints!!

My ER follow-up appointment with Louise was very helpful to me, as she provided me with clear information on my condition and the next steps that we are doing for it.
