Louise Blase was very professional, and yet very concerned about her patient, in this case, me. By this I mean she was always professional as a nurse/practitioner, but she was warm and personable.

Nothing really, it was as good a visit as it could be.

I interacted with three very qualified professionals during my visit, the professional at the desk, the professional medical assistant and finally the professional PA. All were friendly as well and made me feel valued. A very good team.

NP Louise Blase was very personable and addressed even my small concerns, not at all dismissive. Her medical recommendations were helpful and relative to me personally. Much appreciated

Louise's approach to caring for a patient new to her was impressive. Her willingness to facilitate our signing of requested documents was truly appreciated. I would readily accept future appointments with Louise.

I have been a patient at the office less than a year but, I find their care and communication to be exceptional.

I felt as though my concerns were understood, the provider took enough time to explain possible ways to address them, ,she solicited my input, and we agreed on a course of action. She checked to see if I had a follow up appointment and since I had one scheduled in few weeks we decided not to make a new follow up appointment. She reminded me to call if I had any questions or concerns in the meantime.
