However, I realize you’re very busy, but when I called in last week , Thursday, very ill you couldn’t get me in to see doctor, still very bad Friday night so I ended up in the ER. There 10 to 5 for care. Bronchitis and wheezing. I would like a little more conversation when called .

Since I started going there I have had a hard time keeping a physician for more than 4 visits. Not sure what the issue is but it is very frustrating.

Referral service experience at Dedicated has been fair to poor. It takes months to get a referral appointment. I get that doctors schedules are tight post Covid but there is no communication from the referral department that they are working on my referral request or what the status is. Communication is key especially when I'm managing pain and dealing with additional injuries due to a fall.
