Shana experience in the ER before joining the Physicians Group has provided a valuable level of expertise, efficiency and communication that sets her apart. She listens intently, is detailed-driven and acts immediately to solve a question, concern or data solution. All of these attributes calm and reassure the patient because many times these areas of concern seem to be ignored or passed off to another specialist. I love her energy level, her wonderful sense of humor and her dedication to making that 30-minute visit action-oriented to benefit the patient's health...and utimately their life. The patient doesn't leave thinking "my doctor checked all the boxes within the 15-minute visit, but my concerns were not addressed...I still have questions and no answers...and WHEN IS MY DOCTOR GOING TO BE MY BEST ADVOCATE! My body is changing so much.
