First visit to new office location: new office has better parking, front desk staff welcoming and very attentive to all patients, I was escorted to the exam rooms shortly upon arrival. A nurse took my vitals then proceeded to ask questions about my well being. Blake entered room shortly after I was seated in exam rooms. Blake is very caring and professional. He had already reviewed my case update from my oncologist, Dr. [last name]. Appreciated the personal touch when exiting of giving directions how to exit new office to find front desk to check out. I told front desk I appreciated the text reminders prior to appointment like prefill paperwork To save time in waiting room, reminder of appointment, and even a reminder of new office location with a map and pictures of new office. Most helpful. I was offered to reschedule my next annual visit and I did.

Was there anything outstanding?
I usually see Dr [last name] who is amazing but today my appointment was with Blake, NP who I must say is equally as amazing. I went for several concerns and health issues and he was very knowledgeable, he spent the time to listen and talk through with me the best course of medications and plan. Overall I left feeling very confident that my issues were addressed and will be treated in the best way possible. 10/10 would recommend Blake, NP and will gladly see him again. The entire staff is always efficient and extremely courteous.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I would not change a thing. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Yes I told them I was hard of hearing and they took time and repeated it when I was not sure what they said and they even took time to explain to me making sure I heard and understood everything I needed to know thanks to all of y’all Mr Blake took time with me he was not like some doctors I’ve been to get in check you and hurry up and get out

I love seeing Blake Larose, and his staff for my many medical problems. He is thorough, concerned, a great listener, professional, and extremely courteous and personable. I have already recommended people to this group. A very short wait. All the staff are great in their area of expertise. Thank you thibodaux regional. You are a wonderful hospital to address practically all of my medical needs.

Cannot say enough good things about Doctor Blake larose or staff, very caring and respectful. Doctor's and staff. I would highly recommend any of the doctors in this office. Very carrying and compassionate people.

Mr Larose takes time to explain what he is talking about and I’m very hard of hearing he makes sure I understand and that’s a giant plus for me and he listens to what I have to say and that’s how it is and should be he’s in no rush to get you out the room like other places I’ve been and I do recommend my friends and family to give yall a chance thanks for the survey
