Because all the nurses and Doctors are truly special people. They really care about what you say. They do not look at you as just another person with a health problem . I am truly blessed to be able to see them.

Jamie, front office staff and were so accommodation to my [age] yr old mother! They allowed us to wait in the foyer bc it was so cold inside the waiting area. Came and got us there for our very timely appt!
Dr Smith took his time and answers all questions. So did our nurses preactioner (Ashley?).

Administration staff and nursing staff were professional and courtesy. Ashley NPR, and Dr. Smith were extremely helpful by taking the time to review and explain my heart situation in a manner that I could understand.

I was very satisfied, and like Dr. Smith and his nurse practitioner very much. They were very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. My only complaint with the experience was waiting so long in the waiting room. But that was minor compared with the care that I received.

Doctor and Staff were very caring and explained my condition and treatment with patience. They took into consideration that I am not a medical expert and explained anything that I didn't immediately without being impatient.

First time to meet Dr Blake Smith. He seems to be competent and personable and in my opinion, that is a big plus. I think I will enjoy working with him.
