When I came to him, I had an open wound for over a year. Nothing seemed to work and within three months he had it under control, and it is almost completely closed now.

The things already mentioned. I was impressed. They were very careful to not hurt me unnecessarily. I was braced for the worst but it was mostly pain free.

I just wish I could’ve gotten into Wound care when all of this started happening. I feel that I would have been healed a lot faster. It was a wonderful experience to have him as my Wound care doctor.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Everything was great. I didn’t have to wait very long. They were very nice when I was late for my last appointment. They’re doing everything correct

Dr. Alwardt and his nurses were great, always friendly and get things done in a timely manner.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
The older lady at the front desk is often rude and short then I'm in there. Even told me I was in the wrong place when I wasn't. I've seen her get rude with others on the phone and in person. Somedays I don't even want to chance dealing with her, but because I love my provider so much I deal with it. This needs to be addressed if she doesn't like her job she needs to find a new one. No complaints otherwise everyone else is always very professional and nice!

Yes everything and everyone is outstanding including the medical treatment! The nurses and staff are outstanding and very nice! Dr Alwardt is the nicest Dr I've ever meant! He has taken such great care of my leg! He really cares and explains everything he's doing! I would recommend Dr Alwardt and his nurses to everyone! Thank you for taking care of me Anastastia

I would say advertise this is a wonderful place to go to get care if you have a wound!
