Dr. Lacy is amazing. Her nurse was the friendliest nurse that I've ever encountered. You can tell that they care about their patients and want to ensure they are satisfied with their care. I would highly recommend this office.

The woman who assisted me at checkin seemed disinterested, which is the first time I've had a less than positive checkin experience. However, she was helpful when I reapproached her after 35 min past my appt time to see what my appt status was.

The doctor was phenomenal and the angel who took my daughters blood deserves the entire world. It was the first time in history that my daughter didn't pass out and it was how she handled her. She was wonderful in every way. Gave her a fan and had her smell alcohol and talked her through it. She seriously deserves the world.

I had a fantastic experience. I was seen quickly. Tech and MD had extremely wonderful bedside manner. My care was thorough and attentive and thoughtful.

Love the doctor, the nurses, phlebotomist, the staff. However, the office can be difficult to find, depending on where you park. It would be helpful if there were specific directions to the office in the reminders or on the website.

Dr. Blair Lacy was personable, kind, and patient. She showed concern for my daughter and took unhurried time with her during her appointment, asking about her concerns and listening with empathy. I highly recommend her as a physician.

Dr. Lacy is exceptionally patient and compassionate at every visit. I couldn't ask for a better provider for my daughter. Her assistant Ariel was very kind and professional as well. The team makes difficult health issues much easier to manage.

The MA and Doctor were both very attentive. The doctor answered everyone of our questions and explained in detail so that my daughter and I could understand.

Dr Lacy took her time with me and didn’t brush off any of my concerns or findings during the appointment. She took me seriously and is concerned for my health and safety of this pregnancy. I feel like I am in great hands with her and the UAB team
