Dr, Black is one of the best vascular surgery doctor who performed successful surgery on me in 2024. I see him once a year for follow up visit to go over the CT scan exam for which the writes a prescription.

I have known Dr.Black since 2013 and had 8 surgeries performed by him.He is very professional as well as kind in explaining things to me.At my last visit with him on March 6,2026 I personally thanked him for saving my life through each of those surgeries.People call me a miracle

My provider and first visit was with Dr. James Black.I felt comfortable during our consultation. Dr Black shared his review of my medical reports for Ultrasound and CTA. His discussion on the history of Artery Plaque treatment was exactly what I was hoping for. He explained how over the years the medical community better understands people can live with plaque and jumping to the conclusion that an operation is necessary is outdated. Dr. Black proved to me that he is a leader in his field. I have full confidence in his ability to provide me with the most competent care.

All my providers at Hopkins have alwaysMade me feel safe. That is the most important thing to me is when i'm in the hospital.That I know i'm safe. I have learned the hard way that not all hospitals are created equally. Johns hopkins hospital has always been at my side. I pray I never ever need their services again.But if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

My provider was fine, but for the information given, I felt it could have been a zoom call because I drove to Baltimore from Germantown Md which was an hr drive and my visit was less than 20 minutes
