She was very concerned about my health issues. The only problem I had was that she talked to fast and did not look at me when she talked. That was corrected as we went along.

I've had a few doctors over the years for various reasons. When I was looking for someone who took care of older patients, her name came up. I have not regretted the decision to remain in her care. She doesn't try to force any meds at all but also explains why she might recommend certain things. I feel comfortable with her

I have never really felt that much listened to, I also felt like my health was taken very serious. More just being rushed out of the room and my last appointment was very poor. I felt extremely mistreated.

It is hit or miss with my provider. I understand doctors see so many people every day that it’s not easy to keep track of patients, but half the time I see my doctor she remembers me, and the other half she has no idea who I am. This is my first time actually taking this survey and I’m only submitting feedback after having this experience more than once. It seems like if my appointment is later in the day, she is more dismissive of me and my symptoms and rushing to go home. A doctor asking, “why are you here?”, “who are you?”, or “why are you taking this medication?” (especially when it’s a medication that they prescribed me) is a huge red flag.. I went in to see her today because I’m sick on top of a pre existing problem and I left feeling worse. I didn’t even want to go in because I wasn’t feeling good at all, but the next appointment would have been in November. I know it’s not the case for everyone, but if I go out of my way to see a doctor, it’s because I feel there’s something wrong and I need help. I want someone to care about my health and look into all of my symptoms instead of telling me it’s all in my head.
