I have been with Dr. Nguyen for 10 years. I just love him.

never saw him this visit. after 40 minutes in room I left. My time is valuable as well as his. Office needs to schedule accordingly. Nurse was good and informative, but when asked about how long would be to seed Dr. was not very forthcoming. I had had this problem before and let it slide, but not this time. Things need to change there or I definately will be finding another provider.

This last visit was very much different from the previous ones. I am anxious about the battery replacement in my pacemaker and made it known to the technician. Dr Bihn's first words to me, "you're driving everyone crazy". Why shouldn't I be anxious? It's been 10 years. About a year ago, he said, in passing, "I hope replacing the battery will be worth it"..... How should I interpret that?
