Dr offered virtual visit some 2 hours BEFORE scheduled appointment!!! That was huge, given all we had going on that day! So very appreciated! We understand this is a rarity, but timing was beyond excellent!

Did not appear to know why I was there nor did he appear to have read my chart before coming in. Abrupt. Looked at my husband rather than me. Confirmed with my husband that "didn't I just explain that to her".

I said back in the waiting room for 45 minutes and a doctor never came so I left. I know that this doctor's office is a great doctor's office I don't know what happened that day but I don't plan to not return I plan to make another appointment and hopefully things will be totally different I plan to make another appointment with the same doctor and hopefully things will be different
