I’ve been to many providers and I have to say Katie has been the best one I’ve ever seen . She is exceptional in her medical knowledge. She goes above and beyond to listen to your problems and concerns. She digs deep to find the root problems and causes and solutions to all your medical needs. I’m beyond grateful I’ve found her to be a part of my medical team . And I look most forward to her being my new primary care physician.

The total staff is excellent and Katie Billingsley continues to be very approachable and her exams are so thorough. I am so glad that I found her when I moved to OH.

Everyone at the office is very nice and caring. Katie and Samone are very good to me and talking to them are like talking to a friend instead of a professional

Katie’s an amazing Doctor. She listens to your needs and doesn’t push you do something you’re unsure of. She explains things to you and gives you valid reason and explanations. So grateful to have a provider like her.

Katie is extremely understanding and patient while providing information, recommendations for improving my health. One outstanding thing from last appointment was Katie's observation of my behavior and provided me with a screening to take. She truly is the best and I trust her completely

I find her to always be outstanding in everything she does. I was struggling with doctors prior to switching over to Katie Billingsley. She has been an incredible caregiver for me. I trust her, she shares information with me about my care and she has just been a godsend for me.

All the staff were great. Feels like Family oriented. They make you feel comfortable and they always take good care of me while I’m there. They are very knowledgeable and always know the answer when I ask.

One of the most important thing I believe with any service for people is to not treat u like the next number or make u feel like you’re a bother. Katie & Simone along with all of Genesis care team At New Lexington & one time at Crooksville’s location. They have all met & exceeded my expectations, this is the most important part of building a strong & successful medical service for the people.

Katie was very interested in my child’s wellbeing and one of the best CNP I have been around! You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and is so down to earth and makes sure you understand what she is saying before moving on. So glad we have her for our health care!
