Dr. Bichucher is always great. I look forward to my visits with her rather than dreading them. She takes time to listen and offer her expertise.

Dr Bichucher is the best primary care doctor I have seen. She listened to my concerns and discussed my concerns and questions. She was very interested in my wellbeing and thoughtful about how to best care and treat my complaints. I never felt judged or discounted. This is what a great doctor looks like.

Natalie Bichucher was my primary care doctor for about six months, but in that short period of time, I felt that she really came to know me, my body/health, and that she actually cared about me, my body and my health. I qualify as elderly, so having a young, knowledgeable doctor who listens to me and validates my feelings and observations is really important. I plan on being around for a while, so I want someone who will be proactive and encouraging. Not someone who just says, "Take this and let me know how you feel." She's quick, observant, knowledgeable, capable, smart and friendly!
This week I was showing her how I chart my exercise, blood pressure, steps, and general feeling every day, and she exclaimed, "You should be a life coach! If every one did this we'd have such a clear picture of their health and what's actually going on with their body." I told her that I've been doing PT for a knee surgery and shoulder injury, so if I don't write down what exercises I do and when, etc. I can't remember because every day is essentially the same with maybe a tweak or two after a PT session. . . so it all blends together. So I write it down. Anyway, she loved it, which made me feel really good on top of the good health report I got this week.
I will really miss her as she moves from Ann Arbor to Chicago area. She is an absolute gem. So if you're looking for a smart, young, caring, female doctor in the greater Chicago area: you're in luck. There's one headed your way shortly. You won't be sorry.

Dr Bichucher is excellent. Kind, caring, empathetic, professional, as well as being an excellent doctor. She recommends things to improve my health (tests, lifestyle changes, etc), remembers me from previous visits along with personal details which creates a nice connection. She is always patient and you don’t feel rushed when you see her despite it being a busy practice. You couldn’t go wrong with seeing Dr Bichucher - absolutely excellent Doctor.

I think your nurses and receptionists could be a little warmer. They come across as rushed and clinical which is in stark contrast to my experience of my Doctor.

Did not talk down to me, treated me with respect and dignity. I very much appreciated the way she listened to me about my concerns and addressed them instead of brushing them off. It's been a long time since I've had this positive of an interaction with a doctor.

Dr. Bichucher- I appreciate her approach to care. To practice medicine in a comprehensive, patient-centric, and patient first mindset many times doctors nowadays do not continue to practice medicine in a humbling, patient-centric way. Props to her for being an amazing provider!

Dr Bichucher listened carefully as I described my concerns and her responses were very thoughtful. I think she was determined to learn as much as possible and asked follow-up questions. Her plan going forward was well explained and thoughtful.

Dr. Bichucher is a very kind, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. She addresses all of my concerns and helps set up a health plan that really works for me. Appointments are always punctual and easy. I never feel judged or dismissed when speaking to her. I would highly recommend her if you are currently looking for a primary care physician.

Cold and unfriendly. I realize this was my first visit, but when I made the appointment, I told the receptionist that I wanted to see someone who is caring and compassionate; friendly, non-judgmental. I do not feel that I had this with this provider. I don't like going to the doctors office as it is and I need to be seen by someone who has these qualities.
