This was my first appointment. Jenny was so nice and patient answering all my questions. Did some testing that I have to wait for results. She explained everything and I never felt rushed. She took her time with me . I was nervous going into this appointment but she made me feel so much better.

The Provider spent a lot of time with me- first visit going through past medical records to gain a complete understanding of my osteoporosis/arthritis before recommending a course of treatment which will begin promptly. Staff was also very helpful and answered all my questions regarding coverage.

Jenny Li was phenomenal. She thoroughly reviewed my medical history, explained all aspects of potential treatment, listened to my needs and concerns, so that I understood and felt comfortable with her recommendations and proposed care. Jenny drew and provided to me a diagram of the various medications used to treat osteoporosis that helped me and my husband understand the options available for treatment. Her knowledge, professionalism, kindness, gentle understanding of my fears, and sincere concern for my personal well-being was evident throughout my appointment. I am so grateful she is now part of my long-term health care.

Jenny is very caring, professional, personal, and very helpful!! When I mentioned a new problem, she’s always give wonderful suggestions that helps relieves some of my pain. I never feel rushed with my visits even though I know my timeframe is approximately 15 minutes. She really covers a lot with my well-being doing this short time. Awesome young lady!! I had expected to see Dr. Beall, but enjoyed meeting Jenny and found that she knew everything she needed to know about me. She was delightful to speak with and took a great deal of time with me. She explained the results of my bone density, encouraged me to continue my current exercise routine and satisfied me in every way that I think Dr. Beall would have.
